Aji Panca sauce
Ingredients: Ají Panca, red vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, ground garlic, ground black pepper, acidifier and preservative.
Instructions: for each kilo of Anticucho use 50 g of “Dressing for Anticucho Tresa”. Add the dressing, leave to marinate for two hours, then take to the oven.
