Made with selected mirasol peppers. This type of Ají is originally from Peru, it is the yellow pepper dried in the sun. It is used whole or ground and is a widely used condiment in cooking.
NOTE: The date of this product is 03-04-2022, for that reason it is on discount. But this paste can be used up to 1 year after its expiration date without a problem, it should only be refrigerated after opening.
