What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders above € 75. Overview of shipping costs (up to 18 Kg):
There is an additional charge of € 3,00 on orders below € 15,00. If your country is not in the list, please send us a message.

Can I pickup my order from a PostNL office?
Yes you can! When checking out your order, you can click ‘Pakjegemak’ to select an office near you. Don’t forget to bring your ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Giro pay, Sofort direct ebanking, PayPal, direct bank transfer.
When will my order be sent?
We normally send the order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands and Belgiums orders will normally be delivered the next working day. To other countries in Europa it will take approximately 3 days.
Can I pickup my order at your store?
We don’t have a store, but you can pickup your order in our warehouse in Purmerend. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Wat can I do in case of a complaint?
In case of a complaint, you should first contact us and we will try to solve the problem together;. If we cannot come to a solution, you can contact the Complaints Handling Service of WebWinkelKeur. If there is still no solution found, you can contact the EU ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Why can't I add a certain product to my shopping cart?
If the product is out of stock, it can’t be added to the cart. Please contact us if you’d like to know when it will be available again.
