Dressing based on aji panca, aji morasol, vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, corn starch, spices and citric acid
How to use: Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of this base for a 1 kilo chicken, use the same amount of oil as used in the marinade, mix and marinate the meat for 30 minutes.
Shake before use.
